  • Smoking at the office?

I saw a great solution for the 'what the hell do I do with my cigar when tea break is over' problem ..... http://nicwingsblog.blogspot.com/200...igar-park.html

What a great Idea! except you couldnt have them outside where I work, some bampot in a tracksuit would probably have his way with it for a laugh then film it and post it on you tube for a laugh, as you return to smoke the contaminated stogie...

you seen the state of that regional puro?, think its been confused with chewing tobacco!

I usually place my stogie on my clip which is in my work van. No Prick is gonna screw up my day. If the tracksuite has the nuts to go in to distroy it. Bang he's dead.
For the most part believe it or not people that are middle class live and let live.
Health nuts on the other hand suck.

            Don't be so cheap!

            Senor Nico, you shameless promoter!!!

You will do anything to pump the numbers at you site!

Personally, I'm not a big fan of relighting fine puros, especially if it's been out 1/2 hour or more (what would that be in UK time )

But if you must relight, may I suggest you blow out the smoke before you set your baby down. I'm told it will taste better when you cheap bastards spark it up again.

But you couldn't prove it by me. That's why I always travel with several different vitolas so I always have the right puro for the right time.

But what the hell do I know, after all....I'm TJ, TJCoro

Definitely a Boli senor stevietheboy from what I can see.

Hard to tell, though. From the looks of the wrapper, it been parked there for several days...maybe weeks!

                Thanks for your support chico!

                The honest answer is yes.

But the truth is I am too lazy to post this stuff and the pictures in 4 places.

                Should we have a poll?

If I want to smoke at the office, I work from home that day.

That seems like a good idea today.

Can i ask guys, being new to smoking cigars i sometimes find it difficult to finish one. Is it ok to say put it in a tube and relight it the following night, or will that ruin the cigar and the flavour?

I would strongly advise against it. You will find that at the end of the day the tube and cigar will smell and taste like an ash tray - the stale smoke imbeds itself into the tobacco and the ash gets everywhere - its really not pleasant. The only thing i would advise if you want to store in a tube and smoke later is wait until the cigar he gone out, knock the ash off, and then cut the cigar past where it has been smoked too so that it is all unburnt tobacco - blow through it to get out any stale smoke, and then relight later - it will never taste the same again, but should still be enjoyable!

Lee i think it is ok to relight the next day, some say the taste is better[debateable] Mr Arnold Schwarzenegger admits to doing this. But as TJ says it is better to smoke the right size cigar for the occasion, who would you argue with Arnie or TJ [no one argues with the Coro] !

                          Hey Mr Dub Dub Dub
I am with you on this and I have to agree with the point about starting with a smaller cigar.

I have a smaller humidor with some serious monsters in which I collected because they looked good and even with some of the middling ones I find my head swimming unless I have had a really good meal before I get stuck in.

As a result I focus on the smaller cigars, I love the Trinidad Reyes which is a great satisflying cigar anytime and doesn't leave you disapointed.

I figure the larger cigars will keep in my humidor until circumastances conspire to mean I am ready.

I love larger widths ( please no jokes lol), 50, 52 gauge, but i find anything over 4.5 to 5 inchs in length hard to finish ( man this sounds terrible lol)

I really like the look of the Cohiba Maduro Magicos. Gonner look into buying some of these and some others of similar size and start to aege them .

I think i will start with smaller length cigars and keep the large ones for special occasions and collecting , or until i can finish one.
