Its a tough one...I would only deal with ppl I trust or have been varified by others. Possibly also if they have been active on the forum for a while. If they have no track record then I would ask them to send there package first.

But there is still no real protection if your doing a trade and the other guy turns out to be a scumbag.

Other than that if you get stung then I think you should go public and warn others.

Agree with Kdot regarding dealing with people you trust and I would go public for sure if it all went pear shaped.
