Elevation makes perfect sense Monkey as yesrtday morning it felt ok-ish, but got progressively more painful within hours, swelling back up.

So the general consensus seems to be kick back with booze and a phat one.

I'm under Dr. Botl's orders then

Hey Simon, I had my best game ever when on tour and pished, it was a Sunday morning game near Chester and we had been on the lash for about 12 hours straight. I don't remember the game, I just (vaguely) remember getting man of the match after.

          Cheers for asking HabS

The ankle remains swollen to the outside and actually looks malformed

On top, or under this anatomically, is damage to the fatty tissue of the heel (sustained previosuly, but worsened by the impact)

Which as you note can be handy for the ol' empathy chestnut

Kiting has been out since sadly although I shall return

Cheers Jdawg. The pic up above was a month ago, so it's a heap better now, phew.

Hey CJ, I guess I should have looked at the date of your post. Well, I am glad your foot is better anyhow.
