You do them in house? Never understood why more agents don't do that. Easy money. Especially at what agents charge! One was charging 200 for a house and getting me to do them at 55. Nice tidy profit for doing bugger all.

Yep not uncommon in london. Even had a council charging 200 to private tenants on their estate as part of a refurbishment grant. You see lots of criminals in this industry, and i used to work security in a court lol!
