Right handed, watch on the left - (just doesn't feel right on the right) and usually hold a cigar with my right hand unless I'm also trying to do something else at the same time like walk the dog or answer the phone.

I mainly use my right, but it does depend on what way the smoke is blowing, as changing hands can often keep it out of your face.
As for a watch, I haven't worn one since the days of the casio calculator. It seems very nineties, we've reverted back to the days of pocket watches by using mobiles.
Also, no matter the watch/strap type, I've never found one that doesn't constantly tug at my wrist hair!
