I used to run three miles a day but a sciatic nerve injury put paid to that, walked with a limp for a year. Now its my exercise bike when I feel motivated.
Mmmmm yeah injuries or other shit does happen. I'm fortunate so far so good. I'm going to add some lunchtime 5k runs to the mix too now the weather's better. I hate running, but you can't deny its benefits.
Aiming to get down to 80kg by the end of summer. So 8kg to go...
