This is a great thread to understand that we are all, in some way, in a similar position.

I’m slightly concerned about my wife’s comments when a new addition arrives. Remember I’m only relatively new to CAD and she’s already saying “is this some sort of addiction”. God knows what she’ll be saying in a few years time.

I can’t admit to having CAD to my wife can I? Or should I meet her head on and admit my weaknesses to avoid an American style “intervention”? [emoji23]

Perhaps next time she makes a comment, I’ll respond with “at least it’s not crack”...

Just point out gently that its a hobby not an addiction, even MLW tells people that

I think it?s reasonable to collect, trade and sell cigars as a hobby. Therefore acquisition of said cigars is just part of balanced lifestyle. A cigar a day for 30 years is over 400 boxes plus they tend to go up in value, an investment ultimately.
