Complaints consumer survey

My nephew has a survey a few questions about how you would conduct a complaint in the modern world of social media and what you might want out of complaining.

Handful of questions. Anonymous. Uni project.

Report is due end of April.

I know you lot are not normal consumers. So let's put some sensibility into this. [emoji16]

I recently complained about the conduct of the handling of the claim when some roof tiles were blown off my roof during storm Eleanor. I suggested they refund my excess of ?350. Spelled out what the issues were in detail. They are sending me a cheque for 100?. ?1700 claim in total.

Can't be arsed to push it further. I do wonder what the outcome would be if I undertook the complaint in public...

Done. My best complaining results have come from finding the name and address of the MD or CEO and sending a recorded delivery letter. I've always had a satisfactory response after that.
