I occasionally smoke whilst chopping logs in the barn. Still pretty chilly though dry.
You could get a fire going outside. Nothing better than playing with smoke and fire.

I almost go completely cold turkey in winter. Occasionally have a stick if I'm at a pub/bar with a nice heated outdoor area, or pop to a smoking lounge. Otherwise November - March is pretty sparse for me

Days are getting longer and warmer down here though..!

I don't smoke indoors since having children. If wet or raining it's the shed. No heater needed

          Electric Blanket.
          Embrace your inner old [wo]man.
Keep this little bug snug as he chugs on his smoke...
Only the impossible is worth the effort.

I smoke very little in the winter, plans are afoot for a home office / man cave, but we'll need planning permission first.

              Yup
I started out with a Camping event tent, which was open on two sides (could be opened on all four). This was awesome in all but the very coldest weather (as in minus temps). However, it was ultimately wrecked in a storm because one of the poles was severely bent. And Coleman don't do replacement poles.
              Argh.
So I bought a proper tent. But then found I couldn't be arsed to put it up every time I wanted a smoke.
So I ditched it and got another shelter from somewhere else.
And that stayed up until I accepted the inevitable and just procured a bigger shed
