• A place of my own.

I just spent a couple of hours creating a little place of my own in the attic of the garage. A bit spartan, but for a total outlay of less than ?20 (the leather chair was free) it will do for now!

The attic off the garage === penthouse of the west wing?

    Don't forget an extractor!

That's outstanding. I presume the wifi reaches there. And is that a scubador I see lurking...?

    Very lucky you.

I think I may finally have this CAD under control...

I think I've got an extractor in the workshop which I can rig up if need be.

That sir is a fantastic setup in its own right!! The plug socket is perfectly placed too! Well, now you have no excuse not to be lighting up the DC on that scuba!!

Cannot fault a fellow who can make his own luck!

if that was me trying that, they’d be no garage left - but plenty of smoke

Quality stuff; It looks like a nice space. I've been eyeing up a few decent quality "sheds" for the garden so I can get out of the conservatory and keep the house smoke free in the future. Not sure how soon it will happen though.

Looks like an excellent place to sit and smoke. Enjoy!

Just a tip, drag a dirty shirt out of the washing basket and change into it for smoking then back into the clean one when you've finished. Should stop the other half complaining too much

Ha ha! Perhaps I ought to look out for one of Sludgies cast off smoking jackets!

Good tip. I stick on my joggers too. Even with a shower and mouthwash i can never completely hide it from the other half though!
