Here's a pic of the 1.6 kilo c?te de b?uf we will have shortly. The meat has been aged for a few weeks. This results in the meat having more taste.

That looks amazing. Love a rib roast; far better than turkey.

We also went for beef as my daughter informed us a couple of years ago that she doesn't like turkey.
