Tonight's steak, the chef chickened out and didn't char my rib eye. And it was rare. It was nice enough. I didn't complain. But I think my order most places can't accommodate. Some do however! So that means they all can in theory.
You lot order of the book or do you have special requirements? And is it a big deal if chef can't make it?
