Has to be medium rare, and why I can eat it more than medium rare, I find medium rare is just perfect, a lovely medium rare steak fine rum or whisky and Cigar after with some decent company thats the height of relaxation right there,

I like mine medium rare but can eat it pretty much anyway. I once had a steak that had basically just been flashed in the pan so it was sealed, it was blue when I cut into it. Still ate it as I don’t like sending food back. It was fridge temperature inside which was the only thing I didn’t like.
