I need to have a rant. Can't rant at home. Have a wife there.

I hate Lakeside. I get Lakeside vouchers. It's too busy. It's too far. I'm thirsty and I need to go for a pee. But I'm stuck in a queue for a changing room to try on cheap shorts. I'm having a row why it's ok to spend 'my vouchers' on other people's presents. I've not had a cigar in over a week. And I think I'm getting hungry.

Give vouchers to wife and tell her to go spend them at a souless shopping centre.
Buy your stuff on line or do a once a year man shop on your own.
I hate shopping. Can't understand how women find it an enjoyable experience. Not as though they're buying anything essential like tools, cars or cigars

Yeah, I hate shopping as well. When I have to I try to go early in the morning. Less people. I already dread my Christmas shopping.

I love to go out and buy cigars though.

I have to accompany the wife twice a year. It's always an all day event. So the later the better...

I dislike shopping like most men, but I have an uncanny knack of being able to walk into a clothes shop and in a couple of minutes pick out something for my wife that she always really likes - at least she says she does. Last Christmas I think that from door to till was under a minute! Not sure why it takes her all day!
