Yes and no.
Yes because it has gone against the grain of previous trade and travel agreements, and is something that both countries need.
No, because it will stop mass purchasing of Cubans into the American market, which would of meant that production would have to increase significantly or because of low stock levels it would drive the price up.
I know you can get cubans in the US but imagine if Cgars opened up 4 new establishments in the US. Just think of the stock they would need to keep on the shelf to support the US market. ANd 4 new shops would just be the tip of the icebergComment
