It uses very good composition by creating a horizon and bending the rule of 3 to create beautiful symmetry (even down to the wallpaper in the background).

It does not appear over processed but still posseses an artistic look, thanks in part to the use of B&W and the interesting viewing angle.

Truth be told, it's technically, artistically and IMO visually the best picture by a clear country mile, I mean no offence to any of the others.
