Where on earth...or beyond?

The craze for 'extreme selfies' is in the news again (and those of a certain age will remember the 'extreme ironing' one too) and it made me think - who here has had an 'extreme cigar' experience? ie a place or situation where smoking a stogie has been odd/surreal/dangerous/exciting (or do dangerous/exciting defeat the object of a relaxing smoke?!).

Alternatively, where/when would people like to have an 'extreme cigar' experience? I think while parachuting would make a great pic, but there wouldn't be much smoking going on for obvious reasons. Likewise, (and I wouldn't have the nerve for it) but to complete one of those crazy climbs up a TV mast, skyscaper or tower crane and then to sit and relax over a smoke would probably be a great experience. Whatyathink?

An old buddy of mine is an assistant director for movies, adverts and all sorts. He picked me up one day to go get custom cricket bats made.... So while we roared through the countryside on the way back from the bat maker, in a vintage merc we enjoyed custim Churchills..... Time has eroded my memory so cant recall who or where they were made.... A great smoking occassion though!
