TO answer your question not long Tommy but we only ever really bought the 5l or 10l ones so with a few blokes round smashed through them near enough as soon as they were open. If you think how long a proper beer key in a pub stays good for its probably a week tend days.
I've seen claims on the Heineken mini kegs that they can stay fresh for 30 days chilled. Whether or not it lasts you that long is another matter entirely!
