The grey stone is the ash.

Ah right, I see no stone, I see ash but always have, so presumably some don't see the cigar immediately?

that took ages to see and I think if I hadn't read the comments I wouldn't of seen that. the first time I looked at the picture I was instantly drawn to the tray stone as well

I'm puzzled. Is there something hidden in the pic or is it just the cigar?

Edit: colleague has confirmed it is just the cigar.

Not sure...I couldn't see it straight away...one of the illusions photos

Went round the office and only 2 could see the cigar straight away...the rest (me included) could only see a wall...untill i clocked it...took me a round 20mintues too see it...
