And Jim, I completely agree about the awful campaign on both sides, I don't feel at any point have I been given the fact and only been given scaremongering and opinion, but I disagree regarding the government, I think they should have a view on what is best for the country as that's what they're there for; their approach has just been all wrong

The government Sean seeing as they decided to have the referendum should of advised the nation on their approach depending on the outcome . The worst they could of done and sadly did was say how terrible it will be for our nation .
If you decide to have a referendum you have to be prepared for either
outcome

The bookies seems to be expecting a remain vote quite strongly - 4/1 to leave and 1/6 to stay, I'm looking forward to the results coming in tonight

I was pleased to vote by post two weeks ago and was to remain. The whole episode I fear has been based upon a pre uk election in fight between the anti euro faction within the conservatives where there was a serious possibility of them tearing themselves apart. To appease this Cameron offered the referendum with one eye on an impending win in the election. Prior to this he's on record with a negative we're OK out if they don't change rhetoric which has now changed with the comfort of being in power and secondly having clearly stated he'll not lead the party into another term. I think the discourse has been appalling as have some of the presentations. As a Scot I fear an exit vote to allow more flag waving oil lie based misdemeanours.

45 year old colleague of mine has never voted because she's 'never received a voting card at any address she's lived at, despite paying her council tax'.

When questioned she had never heard of the electoral roll.
