Unless I'm mistaken the duty free limits from Switzerland to UK are no different to any other non-EU region i.e. 50 cigars (or 200 cigarettes/400 cigarillos/250g tobacco). There is no special agreement between Switzerland and UK regards duty free.

Difference being if you travel out of UK we will get duty free back travelling in eu zone at present it is only VAT exempt on flights boats etc
