while the pound plummets to 31 yr low, racist attack going around the country i can't agree with you with "nothing has changed"
A lot of people feel vulnerable and unwanted thats not Remain hysteria thats happing as we speak and like most of us we've all gone to work, they didn't even turned up to parliament questions today. IF you're seen doing something that will cause more calm rather than just enjoying your weekend while millions don't have a clue where there future may lie.

A close friend of mine just had her flat being about to be sold. The buyer now lowered the offer by 30k, which means she can't afford the place she wanted to buy and the whole thing fell apart. She sold for 350k. Now for her that's not a huge problem, she'll put it back on the market and other prices will fall as well. But for those who now have to pay a huge mortgage and see the value of their properties fall, they stand to loose everything and have debt on top, if they should lose their jobs or something else happens in their lives.
I hope the leave campaign was right and the vast majority of economic experts were all wrong, but this is already hurting people in Britain and around the world. Very real and ordinary people.

Europe - In or out?
As much as I am interested in politics, the economy is something I have ever been able to get my head around, but I do find that things such as markets and the pound falling seem to take a while to filter through to the public, so I wouldn't be too quick to say nothing has changed in that regard.
But much more disturbing is the apparent increase in reported hate crime (there are reports its gone up by 57% since the Referendum).
I genuinely don't believe that people who voted out were racist or did so solely because of immigration (although I do believe that is what swung the vote), but this is letting things out of the woodwork that I had hoped we largely left behind. We need strong leadership to calm everyone down, so I think it quite right that those was campaigned for leave should be making the necessary plans, as should those who campaigned remain. They should not be going out of their way to humiliate leaders or apparently not turning up at the Commons
One disturbing news item I saw earlier - this is the sort of thing I would expect in Nazi Germany, not in the country I think we are:

i also think Camron stepped down as he knew it is pretty fucked and did not want to be around, stupid prick shoud never have held the referendum in the first place

I subscribe to the Italian commentator Paulo Barnard's thoughts:
“There’s just one small detail that no-one considers - Europe exports to the UK 10 times what the UK exports in Europe.
It will be very difficult for France, Germany, Italy and Spain to lose billions of exports by blocking the UK.”*
"There are 500 million potential European consumers that are in great trouble.
While the UK, deregulated and outside the EU, has something like 2.2bn potential customers in emerging countries.”*Licky Licky before Sticky Sticky. - Puff Scotty 22/03/14

The market is in very poor shape right now and the volatility will continue for the foreseeable future.
The FTSE 250 is down 14% over 2 days, small and mid size businesses are having their share prices destroyed as business for them is going to be significantly more difficult for them in the future.
I do wonder how many of the oldies would have voted leave had they known that their pension value would be worth 5-10% less within a couple of days of the vote.
