That's probably the rarest one I have.
That's just a section of what I have. My dad started to collect for me when I was born and carried it on over the years and when he passed I found the collection that we used to do together. So just started 6 months ago checking my change and keeping unusual tails side coins. I'm 5 short of all the 50p that are in circulation. My main collection is in my garage so can't access it atm but it has a dozen or so first ?2 coins.

I used to clean up and collect roman and other ancient coins, but sold up a while back.
Now I just have modern British coins pulled from circulation, mine or my families change. I have most of the Olympic 50p and most other 50ps, I don't have the kew gardens though. I have some more recent pounds and two pounds, and some interesting older ones.
Am on the lookout for the new Shakespeare two pound coins at the moment, I got a battle of Britain 50p recently and a Mary Rose two pound that are both new to me. I do like checking my change and collecting from it, it's a cheap and easy hobby. Its good to pick out a coin, check eBay completed items and see its worth double, or more it's face value.... Feels like free money!

That's the Shakespeare ?2 coins there and they won't come into circulation. It is good though, checking your change.
