just read through the whole tread and dang thats a cracking job donw! Really big props for the herfhut/mancave its a great set up.

One day i'd love to have something similar.. though quite hard to do in a one bedroom flat - though my wife doesn't mind me smoking inside so not so bad

Wow! I only read a few replies and,after reading that i felt compelled to read this thread from the start. What can i say,i am speechless John the effort that you have put into this little place,all for the sake of finding somewhere you can smoke comfortably have a few drinks and watch the box is amazing mate! Hats off to to this den it is worthy of a Christendom from her majesty! If she smokes cigars

I've just read it from the beginning too, John. Now I know what my NY resolution has to be! I know exactly where it'll go too - right at the bottom of the garden by the fence with the annoying neighbours - they have a 'Japanese garden' abutting here for 'contemplation' (!) - which will surely be enhanced by the aroma of a good CC...

By the look of it, though, it's best done when it's dry - so will likely have a decent lead-in 'planning' period.
