  • A question for the wrist watch enthusiats...

    Hi,

For those 'in the know' regarding wrist watches, what are your thoughts (good/bad) on this watch please?

    Many thanks!

For 88 quid it seems alright.... Outside of Swatch* you dont get a lot of watch for that cash, but its unlikely to vastly appreciate. Googling there is plenty of stuff out there about their makers Buser Bros.

if you like it... Go for it! Thats my philosophy on almost everything.... Looks like an elegant clean and simple gold watch- the best sort IMHO.

    * and i reckon Swatch are pretty darned good watches for the money!

      Thanks buddy

this one was gifted to me, I've changed the strap to a brown strap, just wondered if the make is any good or not. It's Swiss, so I'm sure it's a decent time piece?

      cheers

Nice gift! If it holds good time then its a good watch! There are others who know the relative merits, hopefully they will chip in!

That's a nice timepiece. I've had a couple of automatic watches in the past. I found that older watches keep time better than their modern counterparts. Having had automatic watches I used to swear by them, but as I said the modern ones don't keep time as well. Now I'm trying out an eco drive watch that seems to be doing the job.
Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment as you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it!
