That's because you had a short break from pipes I'm the same.

certainly not blaming. But it's hard not to try and keep a pace. Though at some point Thats unrealistic when the person your smoking with can consume cigars like crisps from a packet. LMAO

It'll be interesting to see if you feel a difference, ie a negative impact upon yourself, if you do. Look after yourself[emoji110]🏻

No worries Marc, just teasing the big guy! In the end it's like alcohol, there's always those who drink faster than you & seem to have hollow legs, you just have to go at your own pace & get home in one piece.

This is something I've pondered upon, especially for the long term.
I've recently bought a NutriBullet juicer & I'm going to be purchasing a bike ( Pedal ) to get out on while the weather is good.
It's exactly what has been touched upon, moderation is key, even though with the good weather it's difficult to not enjoy a cigar & a nice cold drink in the sun!

I am in agreement too. I am a fairly irregular smoker but if I have had a big weekend with a couple of cigars I do tend to feel it for a bit. Hope you continue to feel good.

With the cracking weather recently I've been smoking a lot more than I would normally and really noticed it when getting back on my bike, struggling to keep my normal pace. I'm going to reign it in a bit particularly because I'm off to do some cycling in the Alps in a fortnight and watch some of the TDF. This post has been informative, thought provoking and helpful and I wish you all the best.
