Down but not out

Seems like I'm a bit of a stranger these days, loads of new members and plenty of activity shows me that the worlds still turning though.

I have been having a bit of a rough time of it recently, plenty of stuff that I don't really want to go into... But we've effectively lost my partners income for the time and I have had to take quite a bit of time off work due to extended parenting requirements.

Beyond that I have had literally no desire to smoke anything for what seems like an age and in fact the idea of smoking knocks me sick at times. I have stayed in the Pipe club in the hopes that it will tempt me back at some point but it hasn't happens as of yet.

Im just going with the flow and not forcing myself and I suppose that my stock is just getting some age on it so not a bad thing.

To all the new people, I hope to see you around and to everyone who knows me..... I haven't forsaken this place.

Hope things work out Marc. I am just in the process of changing jobs, as the current one in Swindon coupled with the travel, stopping in digs etc was giving me stress related gastritis on top of the GORD I already have.... Change is as good as a rest sometimes. I hope things get back on an even keel soon
