So guys I have been working hard for a year now to achieve my goal of running the london marathon which will all come to a finish this coming Sunday hopefully finishing somewhere under 5 hours all for the glory of this

And the winner gets this

If anyone is coming along my wife and family will be at the westferry support point for Parkinson's around the 12 m marker and anyone attending is welcome to join me for a few free beers at the strand palace hotel after hope to see some of you there
