It happens. It might be depression, or just 'under the weather' or just you don't feel like it. It's fine. It'll either pass, or it won't. Again, doesn't really matter in the scheme of things. Take care of yourself, try to eat/sleep enough, and find time to relax (with ot without a cigar).
Somethings things we want to do - hobbies and such - can become a burden because we start to feel we 'have' to do them.
