I check in every couple of hours or so on my phone or desktop.

Varies, I tend to go on once most days in the morning after I check the headlines, most days I check in the evening but I've been trying to get back to the gym so that is getting later and later in the evening. Busy days I don't have the chance to go near it. Tapatalk is always on my phone and send me PMs etc too.
