The job ive been interviewing for is around 35-40% better pay, nearer but with much more responsibility and expertise required. Id be really stretching my abilities and could be quite stressful but I think I would develop massively. But as such the interview was very hard and Im not sure if they see me as being experienced enough to do it.
The other job is probably less stressful but is a very different field to what ive done previously so will require adjustment, its further away and like I said less pay but it sounds as if he job is there if I want it.
Benefit wise first job offers oppurtunity to go abroad alot for work, but as they are a new project, work load could be intense, especially when they are fully operational.
