I've noticed over humidification in Spain and I know Monks has highlighted that he's known the same in Italian LCDHs. Whether the same applies to other countries or stock would be an interesting question.

Spain, Italia, Greece, you name it! All of these places are run by pretty experienced people but when it comes to over-humidification, they ask you: "What can we do!?"
I ask if they have a de-humidfier and they mention it's impossible with the humidity they get there.

Cuban humidors are rarely overhumidified though........ despite having [overall] the same climate.....
