I used 18mm OSB on the exterior walls and on the underside skin of the floor (yes the floor is double skinned and insulated as will all the walls and roof be) but I used 22mm OSB on the top side of the floor section.
Everything is screwed together, I hate nails with a passion! That's not a hammer, it's a persuader [emoji6].
The roof will be exactly the same as the floor section except that it will have thinner OSB on both sides and will be a foot wider to give an overhang of 8" at the front and 4" at the back. I'll either shingle it or just felt it.
I'm treating the outside with Cuprinol Garden Shades now, each board has a squirt if caulk to seal it air tight. Once the build is done I'll clad the two sides that show.

Cost is about ?1000 so far including a used patio door. I need to spend a bit more to finish it so let's say ?1300 total spend. I've done it as cheap as I can whilst still making a fully insulated build. If I did one for a customer I would charge about ?6k to ?8k and spend about ?2k to ?4k on materials.

I assume you could prefabricate the base walls & roof offsite then just bolt it together onsite.

Is it a sloping roof?

Cj, the plinths are made from concrete slabs which are mortared into place, the bottom one is just a larger slab.
Johnny, I'm planning an extractor fan, the doors are also ventilated double glazed units. I'm also going to install a solar heater to stop it going too cold.
Chris, the original plan was to implement fabricate the walls floor and roof as fully fabricated insulated units but the first one I did (the floor) was so heavy that I changed the plan. It would be possible to prefabricated the frames and skin then on site though. The roof is going to be identical to the floor unit but will be a foot deeper, it is on an angle of one foot drop in eight feet and will overhang the the front and back a bit.

I'm going to try to finish the exterior and get it water tight very soon.
