Donations
So I've added a donation section so you can donate whatever you feel like whenever you want.
It's needed due to:
a) The license for the forum software was bought and also needs to be renewed each year, it ain't much but it adds up, ?150 so far.
b) Hosting is no longer free, as I moved to a provider that would mean more up-time and less hassle for all.
c) The little add-ons I've added - some cost money, including comet chat which I never actually covered from the lovely donations I got previously.
d) Stop us from having any other advertising or commercialisation, which I know we all don't want.
What will happen with donations:
1) They will cover the above costs.
2) Any additional will go into an overflow which will then be used for competitions and hand-outs to people who contribute.
I really hope this is ok with people. Don't feel you should contribute. Don't feel this is a pay-for-service. But if you're rich, or feeling like you want to add a few quid to the pot every now and then PLEASE DO! It just helps it a bit on my side.
I think the above point 2 will really be great for everyone too.
I've added a poll to see if people really hate this, if they do, we'll forget it and I'll just carry on as is!
