Yodel are the scum of the earth. I've had the same thing but worse than that they have taken six weeks to make a delivery to me despite putting it on the truck for delivery every day in that space of time. They have no collection depot. I wouldn't use them under any circumstances.

I won't buy from an online vendor if there delivery is from Yodel, that wasn't my first experience with them.

I ordered a Kenwood power mixer for my wife a couple of years ago (I know, lucky girl I hear you cry), never turned up, but it had been signed for in my name!! Took me 5 weeks to get them to send out a replacement.

Well I was quiet impressed with yodel I ordered some items for my son Saturday lunchtime from sports direct , thinking no hope of them turning up by Xmas , received yesterday at 11.00 am bloody amazing

My yodel delivery dude seems quite good, it's always the same bloke and he knows our names now. I think they sort of sub contract out to certain drivers for certain areas. I'd go with yodel over my hermes! :-)

I have a card for a missed parcel addressed to Wigan. It needs signed for. The post office closes at 5pm.
I am finding irony of the situation pretty funny so I hope you all do to but would appreciate any ideas on my next move guys?

they normally will take id with the same address if not go online and have it redelivered

My official address is flat 1rl. It stands for first floor turn right then its the flat on the right. My council tax and everything else official has this address on.
Its confusing as hell so we worked out letters for the flats between us, mine being D and therefore the address on the package.
I am literally struggling to type with laughter at the irony of this. I have made a song and dance about needed all cigars being sent signed for otherwise I wouldn't get them and now I cant get this cause it needs signed for olololololololololololololololol

i would suggest go online do the redeliver to neighbour then put your official address in, if you miss the delivery again you will get a card with the right name and details.
