Parasite on Amazon Prime.

What a movie, quite possibly a 10/10.

What an amazing film. So good I saw it twice at the cinema and got it on Blu-ray for Christmas.

Seen a couple of good films on Netflix so far this year - Ma Rainey's Black Bottom and Son of Saul. The later had fantastic cinematography and sound design but was a tough watch.

It’s not a visually stunning film is it so could get away with watching on the iPad in the man cave?

Watched Uncut Gems last night.

Wow. That is one heck of a workout on the senses, talk about feeling anxiety !!!

After 10mins I thought my AVR was on the blink as the sound was all over the place but then realised it’s part of the make-up of the movie.

7.5/10.

Uncut Gems is definitely an exhausting film to watch. Very claustrophobic at times. Sandler's best film by a country mile. If you like that Good Time with Robert Pattinson is worth checking out. Not as intense but well acted.

Watched The Midnight Sky recently with no preconceptions as happened on it in Netflix & didn’t hear of it before. It was enjoyable as much as an end of the world story can be ‘enjoyed’!

Now... on a sillier front anyone watched ‘Tag’ ? Entertaining and light hearted take on a realife story. You dont stop playing when you get old, you get old when you stop playing. Worth a watch when you simply need entertaining

Just watched Penguin Bloom on Netflix - heartwarming true story of a mom suffering a harrowing fall and finding inspiration from an injured Magpie

Having watched so many crap - mediocre movies on Netflix and Prime recently today had to be something good, one of the best deserved Oscar winners ever, Zero Dark Thirty. At two and a half hours it easily outlasted my smoke so brought it in and watched the second half indoors.
