It's awful to say this but the Taliban have dealt a blow against themselves with this attack on children. They only exist because they radicalise others, attacks like this will surely dissuade converts. Unless I'm missing something.

Yes, the fact that they and the people who join them think that this is right and just. It will make no difference to their recruitment at all. If you get the chance read James Clavell's novel 'Whirlwind' about the fall of Iran and you'll get a good incite not the fundamentalist mentality. And lets not forget there are 'christian' fundamentalists too who think that the killing of muslims, jews and gays is not only right but what God wants.

I'm an agnostic. So I have no idea...
Anyone who believed in a God is actually 99% atheist, as they disbelieve all other religion's Gods existence.
If there is a God, they're a bastard and I want no part of them.
The only real God is humanity. When we lose that, we have lost everything.
The current issue is nothing to do with Islam. It's more to do with the media being used as a mechanism to keep the population subjugated and fearful.
So that we don't focus as much on just how much or own ruling class are seriously fucking us.
Problems at home? A good ole war to keep people's mind of things.
Just like Ebola being a MASSIVE threat.... During an American election.... And then it all, comparatively went away.
At the end of the day. It's all about control.
Look at the history of terror alerts in our country over the last decade. It's either be scared, really scared. Or terrified.
We have one life. We owe it to ourselves and our families to live it without fear.
If we allow fear to control us, the enemy win.

Anyway back to how to fight IS. As far as the lone wolf terrorists are concerned, you can't. But I read in the papers today that Russia is teetering on the brink of a financial collapse because of low oil prices and sanctions over the Ukraine. So what are we doing about cutting off IS's finances about from bombing a couple of oil wells? Nothing because they are bankrolled by our 'friends' in Saudi Arabia and the like whom it suits to play the Janus game. And if they are able to sell oil who is buying it? At least that's one thing the Western powers could cut off unless of course we're buying it, which wouldn't surprise me at all.

Interesting points. Unfortunately for the mass majority, it is about Islam, or the interpretation of it. Yes, control, I mentioned a few times so agree whole heartedly.

The British are good for queuing, a lot, supporting a lost cause...Occasionally we burst with National pride, as we should bloody well do more often!. Just not happy with this ostrich mentality.

There's no such thing as 99% Atheist given that it's the belief of a total absence of deities. Also while we're on it, hardline Atheist's bother me about as much as hardline Thesists given that they both take such a massive leap of faith and are willing to bet their entire belief system on unanswered questions.

On the other matter, Islam is the current convinient devil in many ways.... Which is a huge shame because at the heart of the religion is a belief system based on love and respect (As are most religions.)

This is in part the fault of the media but there is undeniably an issue with relatively small groups of radicals uniting under either the pretence or misconception that they are serving Islam.

I really do think that the media could do more work with the respectable Islamic organisations to publicly decry the evil that is being perpetrated upon the world in the name of THEIR religion.

I am talking about terrorist attacks in Peshawar in Pakistan while kids were being traned for their first aid workshop in a military school at warsick Road Peshawar. The concept that lead this incident was like the student in school are junior military officers and would target terriosts one day they will become officials in regular military in Pakistan army. The tried to nib the bud and this concept is so highly prevailing in gorrela warfare operators that they target now schools and kids at education centers. Right now the state of fear and attacks are at top and everybody is highly alarmed for possible threats on schools and educational institutes.

The reality lies bit far and need to have deep penetrations into the issues. What this all going around is not a self moved or target less campaign to disintegrate Pakistan and isolate Pakistan from modern and civilized worlds. It is preplanned and thousands of bucks are fuled as strong tool to keep terrorists movements going on in Pakistan.

While my deep understandings about the issues, I find and I personally observed several pictures indicating and supporting my point of view in this regards.

1- Pakistan is being helped in Education, Health and social reforms by foreign aids from US and UK
2- Pakistan is forced to keep thread waving and remain in loop to fight war against terrorism
3- Pakistan is asked to provide full logistic and supports to NATO for a successful operations to carry out in Afghanistan
4- Pakistan is given money and power equilibrium against its enemies
5- Pakistan is cooperated in several industrial, communications and infrastructure grounds to support the Pakistani Nation

For What ?

1- To make a paved path that could tell world that US and other foreign powers are in the favor of Pakistan and they are looking to establish its integrity in all fields of lives.
2- To coin the positiveness in all around but hidden exchanges to be managed under carpet deals with local dishonest authorities and tyrants to hold at positions.
3- To keep lobby that look things as foreign eyes look
4- Supporting local media and communications to keep fusion in algorithms designed by foreign hands.
5- To manage rolls and forecast as they predict it in their media and think tanks.

Okay...if this all is there, then why Pakistan facing such situations.....?

yes this is the question one should ask and one should worry about....
