... The American embargo on Cuban goods (specifically we'll say cigars) was just lifted overnight?
Would demand from our transatlantic brethren push UK cigar prices even higher?
Would there be another dark period in Habanos quality, with production needing to be ramped up to meet the swell in demand as the novelty of having legal access to Cuban smokes takes over?
Would there be legal issues over the rights to sell certain brands in the States? (Cohiba, Montecristo, RyJ etc...)
If the Cubans lost out in all the litigation, would we see a spew of new Cuban brands/lines?
With the premium Habanos seem to demand for their product verses many quality, well established Non-Cuban manufacturers, would the Americans be likely to stick with what they smoke now, often for a lot less?
Or would it make next to no difference to us at all?
What does everyone think?
