I love my coffee! I have ?bean? ha ha....using this company for the past few years after seeing them at a large food show.

    http://cherizena.co.uk/store/

I am currently working my way through the following:

    Colombian salted caramel

    Colombian maple and pecan

    Colombian chocolate truffle

    Emperor blend

    Espresso blend

    Colombian Christmas flavour coffee

What are your favourite coffees and suppliers?

    Thanks.

I go to a couple little local merchant's in Clitheroe lancs and Lancaster respectively. I'm buying green beans more often now and roasting them at home.

That sounds really nice, you can then roast them to your liking!

Roasting your own that sounds intriguing is it difficult? Love a hazelnut coffee myself. Dunkin Donuts especially

I don't now how VTG does it but I went to a coffee show a couple of years ago and they were selling home roasters that were controlled via iPad! Ultimate home gadget!

I started off with a heat gun and a steel pan. Just stir the beans with the metal end of the heat gun while it's on until they reach the colour you want to achieve.

Then I moved onto a hot air popcorn popper, it cost ?3 in a Barnardo's and it's pretty much just a turn on and let it do its thing deal.

            Really really easy.

Though I have a plan to make a campfire one which will be a metal cylinder that is turned with a rotisserie/spit type of system and should work over pretty much any heat source, including the rotisserie in my oven.
