Do any members here play the guitar?

I haven't played in 19 years and even then it was acoustic, hence the Rocksmith game as well.

Luckily there's my mates Brother who teaches, my mate himself who's a brilliant Bass player and another guy I know who's one of those freaks who can play just about any instrument you could give to him, so no excuses.

I'm just going to try the 20/30 mins of daily practice a go and take it from there.

I was planning to learn the chord shapes, and then spend time looking into and learning the fret board, again like you for about 20mins a day, and more on weekends.

I'm actually more into Hip Hop but I've always wanted to be able to play electric guitar.

I went through a hip hop phase, but in the end rock & metal is where my true passion lays. Congratulations man, that guitar retails for ?260+ elsewhere...

my budget is around 200 or so, for the guitar.

Amp just has to be something small for home, hence the Blackstar Core 10 for ?89

It is if I remember rightly those pick ups are about ?40 each if not more! (Been a while since I've looked at prices)

When I make the trip to guitar guitar in Epsom, will head off early. Andertons looks a 30 min or more drive further out so will defo make a stop there too. Hopefully I can make a decision with what to take... Don't wanna rush and want to be happy with my purchase
