I love cheese. Only started enjoying blue cheese this year, Blacksticks blue was my entry drug and certainly would recommend it for anyone who wants to try a tasty but not overpowering blue.
MrLovegood I have a family friend in Cropwell Bishop and hadn't realised they made the stilton there, how stupid of me!

I like the idea of the port and Stilton mixture as I LOVE both, however as a card carrying northerner I worry I would like it less than I like them both thus wasting both a whole wheel of Stilton and a bottle of port. It's a serious financial gamble.

Cheese Cutter!
You chaps keep coming up with the most unusual, but interesting topics.
Now, being a mexicant, I am exposed to lots and lots of cheese, mostly the melted kind. So I am not familiar with the fine cheeses being discussed here.
So my question is: Can one of you cheese aficianados please tell me the proper way to Cut The Cheese?
