Oh and if you have a full stilton wheel, cut a small funnel shaped hole out of the Top and pour port onto it. The Cheese soaks it up and it's stupidly good with grapes and crackers!

Oh and Norwegian Brunost is great On warm fresh bread with a coffee in the morning.
It's a Brown sweet Cheese that's has an almost caramel profile!

i am a cheese freak and proud, only went an done a stilton & bacon sarnie for breccy today mm-mmm!Did it proper too, back in the pan whole to get the melt juust started off, no more, no less.
