Gonna feel strange driving around with no Tax Disc

Updated my Tax online yesterday, and as of today I don't have to display a disc .... not really sure how I feel about that, but I can't drive about with the old one still up, it would look criminal.

I will be taxing a car by Direct Debit today for the first time ever.

Well that's the plan, not sure how smoothly the process will run as it debuts today

It's easy. Did mine a few weeks ago.

Also been driving around without a tax disk since April. They gave over caring a long time ago. Tax was paid just never put the disk in the car

Used to be 10% more to buy six months at a time IIRC.

?20/month here (old car, 2.5l) but worth it not forget about it and have to find ?230 at the last minute.
