The other coro are real for sure, pre 2003 band and the one I had from tommy was perfect I would actually pay momoney prices for them they were that good

Possibly they are genuine Cohiba CoRo and somehow did fall out of El Laguito, but I'm pretty sure that is not a correct 2003 band.

Here's one against Tommy's picture. I've been as fair as possible with the sizing and have matched on the capitals 'O' and 'H'. Notice the space difference between the bottom of the white blocks and the top (ascender height) of the words 'La Habana, Cuba'. Also, if you project a line directly down from the front of the genuine Cohiba 'H' it cuts through the front of the first letter 'a' in Habana. On Tommy's version it cuts through the rear of the 'a'.
Reasons: The wording 'La Habana, Cuba' is the wrong size.

Whilst curvature distorts, I would also argue that the COHIBA lettering is not quite correct and neither is it sitting quite as it should in its white box.

But it doesn't really matter if everyone is happy with how the cigars smoke.

Those bands look dodgy (the Gold lettering looks too thick to me) and the length difference is almost certainly too much. Add to this dodgy price and bad smell and you almost certainly have fakes.

Oh, I think it's going to be fine. The BOTL has agreed to a refund tomorrow. Shame, I'm skint so I won't be able to use it to get a box now. I will have them one day.
On a completely separate note do you want to buy first class A1 genuine best Cohiba 1966 from me. A very good box, very genuine, not fake. Four hundreds of English pounds thank you please. [emoji6]

Honestly if visa don't want them (which they won't) I was thinking a little vid of me burning them box and all would be fun.
VISA won't open a case, they will find in the buyers favour and that will be that. It's odd though, I had a similar thing with Barclays and the money was returned the same day.
