Wow - Thank you to all for your wonderful replies. Really did not expect such warmth, this truly is a wonderful place to be. My cigar later will be a September 2007 R&J Cedros Deluxe No.3 which a very friendly Mr Tipexx mentioned Simon had...So I bought a handful

MrMaduro - How were the changes from 12 weeks through to the 20th week? My lady has had really terrible morning (that is a joke, it lasts the day) sickness and being super tired, although the sickness is dying down a little. Cravings is for potatoes.....

How many are there of us who are expecting as such? Someone mentioned six of us?! Would be great to chat to you all as we are at different stages etc. My finac? already has a daughter just turned 4, but over the last two years I have become Daddy Rossi (biological father is a complete and utter waste of space)/ I love her as if she was and is my own.

As I have been a little forward in previous posts, I am bipolar, a recovering alcoholic, drug addict and self harm typically with a bread knife, but kicked that all into touch with a massive amount of specialist support and several visits to different psychiatric wards. In truth, I am a little scared as I just hope that that part of my genetic make up does not contribute towards my 50 percent.

Anyhow, thank you once again and all others expectant should be able to swap experiences and the like. At times I feel helpless, but sometimes all you can do is just be there and tell her that you are truly and deeply in love with her......

It would be a pleasure to meet up with each and everyone of you at some point. Tommy - We should chose a date to have a herf in Reading. Do you know of any decent spots to have a lengthy cigar, chat and a coffee?

Thank you once again - really is appreciated.

      Cheers,

      Ross.Co

Aye congrats Ross, as C10cko says, 'change your life forever' but kids are the ultimate you get back what you put in. The more time & effort you put into them, you will in general reap the rewards. My darling is the apple of my eye & has managed to get her masters before her 22nd birthday & is now actively job hunting - so she assures me

During 12 to 20 things have gotten easier for her. Luckily she has not been sick, she just felt sick all day every day up to about 14 weeks. She can feel it moving and kicking about now and I've felt it from outside too which is great! Her energy has picked back up recently as well, so hopefully things should start getting a bit easier for your mrs from now on too! The 20 week scan is one to look forward to! The thing really comes alive then!

Really is great to hear that your 20 weeks scan was perfecto I am hopeful my lady does start to have a slightly easier time as she moves into her second trimester. If you actually read through week by week the biological changes that occur, it is truly amazing how babies evolve, and how much duress they put their mums through! A small miracle within it's own right....

Congratulations! It is indeed a wonderful terrifying thing becoming a dad. My daughter's 4 now and the time has flown by, sometimes way too fast. Doesn't seem 5 minutes since she was learning to walk and now she's at school. Her birth was the most amazing experience of my life, bar none, (not so for my wife after 24 hrs in labour!). There have been many more great times since, and I know there will be many more to come. I'm sure you will enjoy it all. Congrats again!
