A sad end to a great 20th century icon. Pity his last few years were troubled like they were.
Misunderstood or did he have a darker side? everyones got their own views, despite that I doubt if were ever see a pop superstar with same talent & magnitude again for a while.Free the UKCF one

It's a shame how much of yesterday's coverage was mostly about his eccentricities. He should have been given the courtesy of being remembered for the talent that he had as a dancer, musician, storyteller, and singer.Business in the front. Party in the back.

And it's those attributes, Larry, that I've been big screening from YouTube all day long at work with my classes.
My favourite's Don't Stop Til You Get Enough.
Kids from eleven know all about him.
The THRILLER tracks were amazingly produced. When it gets to Smooth Criminal, the production was less Quincey Jones expert, so it sounds very dated in some parts.
THRILLER, to me, has never seemed to date.
The child molester stuff should be passed over. No sane parent would leave their kid at anyone's house at a tender age, let alone at a megastar's ranch.

It's crazy, Robusto, but my wife and I were saying the same thing about THRILLER. It seems to be just as good now as it ever was.
I heard that there's a video on youtube of a prison where all 800 inmates rock the Thriller choreography as their daily "recess." You should check it out if you can. That's the best dance sequence I have ever watched and something about a 800 prisoners in orange outfits rocking out to Thriller makes me laugh.Business in the front. Party in the back.
