i have a question that i will try to ask without p!ssing anyone off .

while the scots are voting yes/no ... does not the rest of the united kingdom have the right to vote(simultaneously) on whether or not they want to keep scotland in the union ???

seems only fair ... how did this vote turn out ???

guys ... i got no dog in this fight ... just seemed logical to me .

The rest of the UK weren't involved apart from campaigning against the Scots from leaving.

I think both sides probably dodged a bullet with the result.

I do have serious concerns how well we will manage the enivatible fall out from such a devisive process.

Not least of which may be the other members of the union scrutinising how everything gets divvied up.

it just seemed to me ... that if scotland can decide whether to stay or go ... why would not england wales and n ireland be given the choix on whether or not they want to keep scotland in the union .
