yes does happen on mobiles,i had to ring orange and ask them to unblock "adult sites" I did feel like a perv but I'm used to that

Yeah, it does happen surpringly often, I get it if I try to go on C.Gars using mobile internet. I assume the "click here if you're over 18" button must automatically flag it up as "Adult". I've never brought myself to ring my provider, as somehow "I really need to look at a tobacco related website" just smacks of someone trying to make an excuse :-p.
