Over here, there is a liberal left newspaper called the Guardian. I used to read it every day.
Then, about ten years ago, it had so many drug stories - so many articles that implicitly embraced drug-taking amongst the chattering classes - that I stopped reading it completely. It was too much, and it got on my tits.
It may have changed since then. I don't know. I don't buy newspapers any more because I'm too multi-tasked.
Last night, as part of my I'M FREE fest, I walked round to our Indian Take-Away and bought a burning feast for us all. I picked up yesterday's Daily Mail when waiting. Then my 16 year old did.
He told me it was evil. I didn't have to tell him.
So there you have it, folks. As TJ has put on here a number of times, you shouldn't mix politics with good puros.
So I won't any more.
I'll just say when I have a free day - six weeks' worth coming up like a babe with come-hither eyes pulling off satin sheets - I will buy the Guardian rather than the Daily Mail.
but even for the very stable, the problem with most joint smokers i know is that it becomes a solo thing in heavy use. they become detached and reclused and then the problems start to come.
