Yeah it's been a bit of a strange one (not too sure the seller is very eBay savvy). Guy agreed to end early for a price, which he did. As soon as a saw it had been ended, I then sent him the payment (as a goods payment) through Paypal. Then he reckoned he couldn't end it, he had to relist it. So he relisted it at the price we had agreed as a 'Buy it Now'. A bit strange but I suppose all is fair enough so far, however, when he relisted it with the 'Buy it Now' price, someone else was in there whithin a split second and bought them!

Then the fun started.... To be fair he was straight on the phone to me last night to explain the situation and that he was trying to resolve it with the guy who jumped in and bought them. As this was late last night, I recieved a message from the seller this morning telling me it has hopefully all been resolved and I should be getting the cigars.

Yes it is a bit dodgy sounding but I'll give him the benefit of doubt for the time being and give it a few days to see if they tip up. If not I'll go through Paypal.
